Matter Successfully Resolved By Whirlpool & Vijay Sales For Mr Mohit Balar
This story is of a consumer who purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator in 2018 from Vijay Sales. But now in the year 2022, this fridge started giving continuous operational issues and didn’t work well.
That the consumer approached Vijay sales & Whirlpool but unfortunately was not getting any resolution. Every time a technician used to visit to repair the fridge & charged the consumer for every visit. Even after all the repair work and money spent the fridge didn’t work as expected & consumer demanded replacement of the same, which the company outrightly rejected as the fridge was out of warranty.
Then the consumer approached Consumer Chanakya and our team understood his complaint & started the conversation with Vijay Sales & Whirlpool team. That to the surprise of the consumer, the company offered the consumer a new refrigerator for a small amount of payment which the consumer agreed to & bought the brand new refrigerator.
